Terms of Service
Pricing and Payment- Payments will be accepted through paypal invoices or paypal.me link only
- Payments will be done in installments, with at least 30% upfront. The total payment must be finished before the delivery of the final product.
- There will be no refund of the paid amount once the work has been started.
- The prices quoted on this site are estimates, a more accurate pricing shall be provided based on the scope and complexity of the given project__Turn-around Time and Revisions__- Clients will be provided with a rough sketch at the start and further progress reports will be provided weekly or bi-weekly
- There is no set limit or extra charges on revisions (But please understand that its is harder to change after significant progress so mention any changes needed at an early stage)
- The turnaround time will vary with the scope of the project. Live2D models and complex illustrations take around 3 - 5 months for completion, while chibis and simple illustrations take 1 - 2 months.

- All art(unless otherwise specified) come with a commercial license for streaming use, social media use and other digital media uses.
- Editing and manipulating of the original art is permitted as long as it is not harmful or offensive in any way.
- The artist owns the right to display the art and design on their social media and portfolios.
- Credits are appreciated but not mandatory.
- You are NOT permitted to sell the art as NFTs on any platform.
- You are NOT permitted to resell the purchased design/art without consent from the artist
- You are NOT permitted to make and sell physical merchandise of the purchased art without consent from the artist
